This was my very first attempt at making a Bread Cutting Board. I chose Oak wood for its strength and durability, and wooden dowels were used, spaced to drop crumbs through easily. This piece works best for breads like baguettes and sour dough bread, etc. which leaves lots of bread crumbs while cutting. I myself have tested it and am loving it! Clean up is also a breeze.
