Finding beauty in what is normally discarded is one of many things I learned from my woodcraft teacher when I was in Japan. My teacher always said I should cherish all woods, even small scrap woods. These chopsticks rests are all made of small scrap woods, reminding me of truth instilled by my woodcraft teacher. The results are delicate and visually stunning aren’t they?
