This piece was one of my first trials of attempting to make ‘edge grain’ cutting boards! I found it easier to make than ‘end grain’ cutting boards, and a little more challenging than ‘face grain’ cutting boards. The original Walnut piece has natural cracks and I intentionally included these for visual interest and a stunning, authentic result!
